Even through he has coached and had success at the highest levels, he understanding the grassroots of the game and the importance of having community based programs that allow kids to develop skill, gain self confidence and continue playing sport into their adult lives. Sean was a huge part of our program redesign and delivery that reached over 2500 young soccer players.

It has been a pleasure to work with my good friend Sean Fleming for many years. As a team, I think we have helped to change the lives of many young men and women in a positive way.
In 17 years I have had the honour of working with Sean in programs that range from developing grassroots players and coaches to the qualification and representation of national teams at many international games and tournaments. Sean’s love for football, coupled with his excellent knowledge of education stand him in good stead in the world of player and coach development. Sean’s experience both on and off the field will no doubt be a benefit to any player, coach or organization looking to him for assistance.
As the goalie coach for two Canadian U17 Men’s World Cup teams, I enjoyed learning from Sean about how important developing a team philosophy really is.
